LN2 and EVGA GTX 280 Tri-SLI

K|ngp|n has managed to get his hands on three EVGA GTX 280 cards, just to show what these babies can do in the Tri-SLI mode. The 760MHz on air with the EVGA tool is a nice result, but that's just a start. As you may already know, k|ngp|n is very fond of LN2 cooling, so he strapped three TEK 4.0 LN2 blocks and pushed the GPUs to over 1000MHz.

The tests were done on an QX9650 F1 extreme cooled CPU, EVGA's 790i SLI motherboard, EVGA gtx280 triple SLI with TEK 4.0 LN2 cooling, CORSAIR DOMINATOR 1800 and SILVERSTONE 1200W + CORSAIR HX1000W for power. Two power supplies with 2,2kW of power is something that you apparently must have if you're bent on extreme overclocking. The final result was X17241 in 3DMark Vantage, but we are sure that k|ngp|n is going to push these EVGA's babies even further.

The rest of the results and screenshots can be found at Xtremesystems forum here.
